PV SOLAR DESIGN & INSTALLATION
PEC Solar provides a custom, turnkey, PV solar design based on the customer’s needs and budget. We handle the permitting and are knowledgeable about the current government energy incentives. Our team will install the roof or ground-mounted panels and make sure everything is running smoothly for a long-lasting system.
SHADING ANALYSIS
Shading analysis is essential when deciding on solar panel locations. Shading is caused by nearby objects, vegetation, etc. that reduce the amount of sunlight on the solar panels. PEC Solar wants you to get the most out of your panels, so we gather the needed data in order to identify the best location for the panels.
DRONE SURVEYS
PEC Solar utilizes drones for challenging sites that require 3D mapping of roof obstructions and nearby sources of shade. They are also used after the systems are installed to document the installation and provide a great view of the roofs and properties. Drone imaging and mapping is also available on an individual basis for those looking for high quality aerial photos or 3D mapping of their property.
PV MONITORING
Depending on the needs and desires of the customer, the PV solar systems can include detailed monitoring of each solar panel output, total system output, and whole home energy consumption. This allows the customer to see how their system and overall property are performing at any time. In order to make sure the system keeps producing at it’s peak, PEC Solar can also include remote monitoring and troubleshooting of the system.
EV CHARGING STATION
Electric Vehicle charging stations can greatly reduce the charging time for your current or future electric vehicle. PEC Solar offers various sizes and brands of charging stations that can be used to fit the needs of your vehicles so you can put your PV solar energy to good use!
BATTERY STORAGE
Whole home battery systems offer storage of your PV solar energy so that you can use it when you need it. The main advantage of this is providing backup power for when the utility goes out and is a clean alternative to gas generators.
BACKUP POWER
In addition to whole home battery backup, PEC Solar offers natural gas or propane generator installation as backup power for part or all of your home. The main advantage to gas generators is an unlimited amount of backup time (assuming enough propane). These generators will turn on automatically when power is lost so you don’t lose power to essential loads, even when you’re away.
